Overview:
RB TemTV thermal analyzer system is the latest technology product that combines a common fire TV and a pyrometer into one. The probe can be extended into the kiln head of the rotary kiln, and the temperature and shape of the flame and material in the furnace can be continuously and real-time detected in the centralized control room. Users can adjust the flame based on temperature information to keep production at the most efficient and energy-efficient state at all times. The system allows the user to set temperature measurement zones and dangerous temperatures. If the measured temperature value exceeds the dangerous temperature, the user can detect the abnormality of the system through the image and video alarm device, and store the temperature data of the temperature measurement area for later review.
System overview and features:
● Using infrared imaging temperature measurement technology, it can not only observe the image, but also perform real-time temperature measurement on the image.
● Using wind and water cooling protection, the probe can be directly extended into the 2000 ℃ kiln to monitor continuously and in real time.
● The temperature measurement range of the probe with independent intellectual property rights is: 850℃~1800℃.
● The system can retain historical temperature data or alarm data for easy viewing in future production. With quantifiable furnace temperature analysis, users can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of material combustion.
