Overview:
RB-XY1400 portable high temperature endoscope is widely used in various fields: glass factory, glass fiber factory, steel factory, power station, waste incineration plant, metallurgy, thermal power plant, petrochemical and other industries. The endoscope is cooled by wind and water and can be used in a furnace at 2000°C. The endoscope is designed to be lightweight and easy to carry. It is the first choice for kiln observation.
Use——The probe is directly inserted into the high temperature furnace to detect the fault in the furnace:
1. Routine maintenance of high temperature kiln: used to detect the burning loss, erosion and collapse of refractory materials inside the kiln;
2. Diagnosis and inspection of kilns. Preventive control of the degree of erosion inside the furnace: detection of possible damage, damage to the eroded areas.
3. Diagnosis and Control: Check and troubleshoot during production.
