Overview:

The RB-EXTV series in-furnace explosion-proof high-temperature camera is a special explosion-proof CCTV monitoring system used in high-temperature environments. It is especially suitable for in-furnace monitoring of petrochemical ethylene cracking furnaces, gasification furnaces, and gas furnaces. The probe can be directly inserted into the furnace, and the flame or the working status of the furnace tubes can be continuously and real-time monitored in the central control room. The camera uses air cooling and can be used for a long time at an environmental temperature of 1700℃ inside the furnace. The camera has a built-in retraction protection device, and when the cooling air is interrupted, the camera can automatically retract from the high-temperature furnace to protect the probe.

Technical Overview and Features:

The camera can work for a long time in a high-temperature furnace within 1700℃ under air cooling.

The camera uses high-definition HD1080P imaging, and the captured images are clear and interference-free.

The length and viewing angle of the camera can be customized according to the on-site furnace conditions.

The camera has a built-in protection system that can automatically retract from the furnace when encountering gas interruption, overheating, and power failure. The retraction method is pneumatic.

The camera can be installed in a fixed manner.

 

System Composition:

The system mainly consists of four parts: a high-temperature probe, a retraction protection device, a control unit, and a display device.
