Overview:

Colorimetric pyrometers (also known as two-color thermometers) can be widely used in the metallurgical industry (wire rod, hot-rolled plates, forgings) and the casting industry, cement kilns, induction heating, single-crystal silicon, and polycrystalline silicon, and other industrial applications for temperature measurement. They are especially suitable for accurate temperature measurement of small targets at long distances, materials with easily changing emissivity, and situations with strong attenuation.

☆ Temperature measurement range covers 350℃～1600℃ or 700℃～1800℃

☆ Measurement accuracy can reach 0.5%, repeatability is 2℃

☆ Response time adjustable from 5ms～99.99s

☆ Some products have a resolution of 0.1℃

☆ Uses an adjustable focus lens, measurement distance from 0.35m to infinity

☆ High-brightness green LED light source, clearly displays the position and size of the measured target

☆ PID temperature control is used for the detector to eliminate the influence of ambient temperature on the measurement

 

☆ Output mode 4~20mA or 0~5V, or switch output
