Traditional thermocouple temperature measurement:
Hot blast furnace is one of the main auxiliary equipment of blast furnace in ironworks, and the control of its internal temperature is very important to the ironmaking process. Since the temperature in the furnace (~1300℃) varies with the quality of iron ore, coke quality, and air volume of the fan, the conventionally used S-type platinum-rhodium thermocouple is easily damaged, and it takes a long time to replace the thermocouple each time. Will cause serious impact on production.
Due to the limitation of the use environment (high temperature, high pressure) and structure of the thermocouple, under the influence of many factors such as large temperature fluctuation, vibration and installation method, the thermocouple has a short life, unstable measurement accuracy and troublesome maintenance.
Infrared temperature monitoring:
The infrared temperature monitoring system RB-MS01 specially used for the temperature measurement of the dome of the hot blast stove can replace the thermocouple temperature measurement method to avoid the shortcomings brought by this method, and can monitor the temperature of the hot blast stove accurately and for a long time.
After the continuous application of infrared thermometers in the steel industry, the infrared temperature measurement of hot blast stoves has reached a high level. Because infrared temperature measurement does not require contact measurement, the probability of damage to the infrared thermometer is greatly reduced, and the life of the entire temperature measurement system is greatly improved. In addition, even if the infrared thermometer needs maintenance in the future, it only takes less than 5 minutes to replace the infrared thermometer, which greatly reduces the time to replace the temperature measuring element, thereby improving the production efficiency.
