Product Brief:

Glass kiln plug-in type, the probe cover can extend into the kiln for several meters

— Observing along the moving direction of the glass plate through a 90° high-temperature zoom pinhole lens, a more intuitive and comprehensive observation of the working conditions in the tin bath

— The probe cover can be adjusted to be parallel to the edge puller, and by adjusting the lens direction and field of view angle, several edge pullers can be observed simultaneously

— The zoomed image can accurately observe the depth and width of only one edge wheel and edge wheel pressed into the glass plate.

— By adjusting the direction of the lens and the angle of the field of view, the distance between the tooth marks and the edge of the plate can be visually observed and roughly measured on the image.

— The probe cover is made of stainless steel, with good temperature/corrosion resistance

— special dust-proof design, the lens is not easy to accumulate dust

—Special water cooling design, can prolong the service life under the same water quality conditions 

— The probe cover is added with a thermal insulation layer to reduce the impact on the temperature in the tin bath, environmental protection and energy saving

— self-developed and produced high temperature pinhole zoom lens, the horizontal resolution is greater than 520 lines, and the temperature resistance is 150 degrees

— Manual zoom high temperature pinhole lens can be used to meet the observation requirements of different kilns and different production processes

— optional motorized zoom high temperature pinhole lens to adjust image size range and sharpness in the control room

— optional manual advance and retreat of the rack

— optional electric advance and retreat control frame (manual when the probe cover is moved in a large range, and electric when fine-tuning within a local 500mm range)

— forward and backward control of the equipment through DCS (electric)
