Overview:
The RB-TV series in-furnace high-temperature endoscope camera is a special CCTV monitoring system used in high-temperature environments. It is especially suitable for monitoring inside rotary kilns, heating furnaces, power boilers, heating furnaces, and glass melting furnaces. The camera uses air and water cooling. For various high-temperature melting furnaces, this equipment can directly insert the probe into the furnace, and continuous real-time monitoring of the working status of the flames or materials inside the furnace can be performed in the control room. The camera uses air and water cooling and can be used for a long time at an ambient temperature of 2000℃ inside the furnace. The camera has a built-in retraction protection device. When the cooling air and water are interrupted, the camera can automatically retract from the high-temperature furnace to protect the probe.

The system mainly consists of four parts: a high-temperature probe, a retraction protection device, a control unit, and a display device.
