Overview:
The FR-XY1400 portable high-temperature borescope is widely used in various fields: glass factories, fiberglass factories, steel plants, power plants, garbage incineration plants, metallurgy, thermal power plants, petrochemical industries, etc. The borescope adopts water-cooled cooling method and can be used at 2000℃ inside the furnace. The borescope is designed to be lightweight and easy to carry. It is the first choice for kiln observation.
Uses - Probe directly inserted into the high-temperature kiln to detect faults inside the furnace:
1. Daily maintenance of high-temperature kilns: Used to detect the burning, erosion, and collapse of refractory materials inside the kiln;
2. Kiln diagnosis and inspection. Preventative control of the degree of erosion inside the melting furnace: Detect potential damage and the degree of damage to the eroded parts.
3. Diagnosis and control: Inspection during the production process to troubleshoot.
4. Auxiliary judgment: Determine the degree of erosion of the refractory materials inside the furnace to determine whether to repair.
5. Repair assistant: Plays an auxiliary role in the repair process, making the repair effect more ideal.
