The rotary kiln is a key process equipment for clinker calcination, and the kiln lining is a key factor in the high-quality, high-yield, low-consumption and long-term safe operation of rotary kiln production. Excessive temperature, large thermal oscillations, or kiln skin formation can severely damage the kiln lining and kiln body. The rotary kiln body infrared scanning temperature measurement system OPTKS400 is an important monitoring device to prevent damage to the kiln lining and kiln body, ensure the safe and reliable operation of the rotary kiln, and achieve the economic operation of the rotary kiln.
For many years, our company has been committed to the research, development and promotion of infrared scanning temperature measurement systems. Our company's latest generation of OPTKS400 scanning temperature measurement system uses original German imported sensors. Within the time it takes for the rotary kiln to rotate once, the system can comprehensively and meticulously monitor and analyze the temperature information of the rotary kiln body, allowing operators to understand the condition of the kiln skin and refractory bricks in a timely and comprehensive manner. This provides accurate and reliable basis for preventing further deterioration of abnormal conditions in the kiln and allows for timely tracking monitoring, display and alarm. In addition, other optional components of the system can be selected to achieve measurement of blocked areas, calcination zone monitoring, wheel belt slippage and cooling fan control, etc.
