With the development of science and technology, the high-temperature industrial TV system used in kiln head and grate cooler has been continuously improved, with "fixed", "automatic protection", "quasi-color", "wide-angle", "pinhole" and other various Features and Specifications. The kiln head and grate cooler adopt two GS series high temperature industrial TV systems used by our company, automatic protection, wide angle and pinhole.
System functions
The high temperature industrial TV system is mainly composed of camera unit, transmission unit, control unit and display unit. The working principle, composition and function of each unit are as follows:
(1) Camera unit
It consists of a camera, a lens and a camera probe protection tube. The camera is a special camera that has been treated with a high temperature curing process, and is superior to ordinary cameras in terms of high temperature resistance and anti-interference. The imaging method of the lens is pinhole imaging. The peephole in front of the lens is often between 1-2mm. The smaller the diameter of the peephole, the smaller the influence of the radiant heat generated by the rotary kiln on the probe. The camera protection cylinder is made of corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant alloys. Materials and cooling methods include air cooling and water cooling. According to the actual situation, our company chooses the cooling method of the camera unit as water cooling.
(2) Transmission device
The camera is connected to the electric control cabinet through a special high-temperature-resistant industrial cable to prevent the cable from being damaged by high temperature at the kiln head. The electric control cabinet is connected to the integrated controller through a special twisted pair cable, and the integrated controller is connected to the color monitor through a video cable.
(3) Control and display unit
The control unit is composed of actuator, water and gas circuit control cabinet and camera controller. The pressure of purge air from the water gas control cabinet, the pressure of cooling water and the temperature of the camera moving probe from the camera control cabinet are interlocked. When the working state is abnormal, the camera will automatically exit the high temperature area. After the working state returns to normal, the actuator will push the camera to the monitoring point through the signal given by the controller. In addition to the monitoring function, the camera controller also has functions such as providing working power, switching video signals, remote adjustment of the screen, and abnormal alarm. The output signal of the controller is transmitted to the monitor through a video cable, and the monitor uses a color monitor that supports video input signals.
maintenance
Maintenance is divided into daily failure maintenance and shutdown maintenance. The process equipment and production management of the new dry process production line are relatively complete, the kiln system has a high operation rate and less downtime. As an auxiliary monitoring equipment for the normal production of the kiln system, to ensure safe operation, it mainly relies on the maintenance of the kiln system by using downtime. The daily maintenance is mainly to eliminate the fault in a short time when there is a sudden failure during operation or the lens is blurred. In terms of downtime maintenance, the maintenance content includes cleaning the dust accumulated on the actuator track, adding grease, regularly draining the water in the compressed air-water separator, regularly checking the pipes and cable interfaces, and regularly checking and cleaning the camera.
