A high-temperature industrial TV system for monitoring industrial production processes and its environment, the system is mainly composed of cameras, transmission channels, controllers and monitors. It is used for real-time monitoring of power production process (such as boiler drum water level monitoring, combustion chamber flame monitoring), safety and fire protection, etc. When purchasing high-temperature industrial TVs, different models should be selected according to different production environments. The following three points are the main reference. factor:
1. According to the thickness of the furnace wall: the length of the lens should be 10 mm larger than the thickness of the furnace wall.
2. According to the furnace wall temperature: the overheating of the furnace wall will damage the lens and equipment. When the endoscope kiln is used in oil, coal, and gas kilns, only compressed air is used instead of water, and the camera lens can directly extend into the kiln ( 300℃-1500℃), continuous and real-time monitoring of furnace heating, annealing, waste incineration and the shape of the combustion flame of coal slag in the furnace can detect abnormal phenomena in the furnace in time, effectively prevent accidents, and reduce economic losses for enterprises.
3. According to the production process requirements: the production process of each furnace type is different, so there are certain differences in the selection, such as the furnace temperature of the steel pipe factory, the heating furnace is generally 1200 ℃, the annealing furnace is 800 ℃, and the wall thickness is 350mm. There are two points to watch: one is to see whether the steel pipe has double pipes in and out, which will cause damage to the furnace; the second point: observe whether the flame of the burner is burning normally. About 700 mm, there are three points to pay attention to: first, check whether the bubbling is normal; second point: check whether the flame burning is normal; third point: check whether the glass solution has accumulated. It can be seen from the above data that different types of production processes are different. Generally, the steel pipe factory directly adopts the air-cooling method, while the glass factory has high temperature and harsh production environment, and generally adopts the air-cooling and water-cooling methods.
