1. The position of the observation hole should be selected according to the relevant requirements of the drawings and processes, and the viewing angle should be determined according to the relevant parameters of the lens.
2. During the on-site installation of high-temperature industrial television, appropriate heat insulation should be done. For cooling compressed air, a pure, water-free gas source should be selected. After the pipeline is installed, the debris inside the pipeline should be cleaned.
3. When installing high-temperature industrial television, avoid high-temperature, high-pressure, vibration, and corrosive areas. It should be firmly fixed to ensure the viewing angle and light, and direct sunlight should be avoided as much as possible.
4. When laying signal cables and power cables, avoid high temperatures. The shielding wires of the signal cables must be reliably connected in the control cabinet, and joints are strictly prohibited when laying signal cables.
5. The pan-tilt installation should be horizontal and reliable. During debugging, the rotation angle of the pan-tilt should be adjusted reasonably according to the monitoring area.
6. The material and size of the high-temperature industrial television water tank should meet the requirements of high-temperature resistance. The water source should be liquid water, and the water pipe diameter should be greater than 30mm.
7. When installing and debugging high-temperature industrial television, normal temperature and pressure protection must be ensured.
8. When installing industrial television at high altitudes, build corresponding maintenance platforms and ladders for daily inspection and maintenance.
9. The monitoring system is equipped with lightning protection facilities and is reliably grounded.
10. All lines in the control room must be equipped with corresponding cable trays according to the equipment to ensure that the lines are arranged neatly, and the lines should have Chinese markings to facilitate troubleshooting.

Since the software environment of the high-temperature industrial television mechanical equipment is in a high-temperature natural environment, during the entire installation process, all related mechanical equipment must be effectively installed and solved, which is actually:
1. The software control box and air supply cabinet of the high-temperature industrial television system should be installed in an ultra-low temperature area with natural ventilation, heat dissipation, and away from heat sources, and waterproof and rainproof measures should be taken. The installation part of the high-temperature industrial television is 10m long from the probe (the high-temperature cable laid on site is generally 15m);
2. The installation position of the kiln head high-temperature system software probe should fully consider the rotation direction of the kiln.
The servo controller should be installed on the rotating material discharge side of the kiln. The fire hole should be slightly smaller than the axis of the coal spraying pipe. The fire hole is an acoustic horn hole that is larger inside and smaller outside. The outer diameter should exceed the diameter of the embedded part of the transmission system frame for adjustment and welding. Charge the battery (generally 140mm).
