1. Imaging Unit
It consists of a camera, lens, and a protective tube for the camera probe. The camera uses a special camera processed with a high-temperature curing process, which is superior to ordinary cameras in terms of high-temperature resistance and anti-interference. The imaging method of the lens is pinhole imaging. The peephole at the front end of the lens is generally 1~2mm. The smaller the peephole diameter, the smaller the impact of the radiant heat generated by the rotary kiln on the probe. The camera protective tube uses corrosion-resistant and high-temperature-resistant alloy materials. The cooling methods include air cooling and water cooling. According to the actual situation, our company chooses water cooling as the cooling method for the imaging unit.
2. Transmission Unit
The camera is connected to the electrical control cabinet via a special high-temperature industrial cable to prevent the high temperature at the kiln head from damaging the cable. The electrical control cabinet is connected to the integrated controller via a special twisted pair cable, and the integrated controller is connected to the color monitor via a video cable.
3. Control and Display Unit
The control unit consists of an actuator, a water and gas control cabinet, and a camera controller. The pressure of the purging air and cooling water from the control cabinet is interlocked with the temperature of the camera control cabinet. When the operating status is abnormal, the camera will automatically exit the high-temperature area. After the operating status returns to normal, the actuator will push the camera into the monitoring point through the signal given by the controller. In addition to the monitoring function, the camera controller also has functions such as providing working power, switching video signals, remotely adjusting the image, and alarming in case of abnormalities. The output signal of the controller is transmitted to the display via a video cable. What are the details of high-temperature industrial television? In addition, the maintenance of high-temperature industrial television is divided into daily maintenance during failures and shutdown maintenance. Daily maintenance mainly involves troubleshooting or lens blurring that occurs during operation and troubleshooting in a short time. In terms of shutdown maintenance, the maintenance content includes cleaning the dust accumulated on the tracks of the actuator, adding lubricating grease, regularly draining the accumulated water in the compressed air water separator, regularly checking the pipes and cable interfaces, and regularly checking and cleaning the camera, etc.
