Introduction to High-Temperature Industrial Television
Summary: High-temperature industrial television refers to industrial television systems used in high-temperature conditions (above 60℃). Since the late 1980s, China has been independently developing in-furnace high-temperature industrial television. Several major manufacturers in China now possess dozens of different series and models of high-temperature industrial television products.
High-temperature industrial television refers to industrial television systems used in high-temperature conditions (above 60℃). Since the late 1980s, China has independently developed in-furnace high-temperature industrial television. Several major manufacturers in China now possess dozens of high-temperature industrial television products of various series and models.
Based on the absorption and digestion of German Siemens product technology, the endoscopy furnace high-temperature series industrial television has successfully developed the AB-NTV series high-temperature industrial television, replacing imported counterparts. High-temperature industrial television has been widely used in metallurgy, building materials, petrochemicals, power, light industry, machinery and other fields.
High-temperature industrial television is complex in design and large in size. User units have high requirements for water and gas, and the maintenance workload is large. Especially in the northern regions where water resources are scarce, the low winter temperatures can easily cause water pipes to burst, limiting the range of applications. Therefore, technicians have made bold innovations in the design, development, and application of a new generation of furnace high-temperature industrial television. This equipment is aesthetically pleasing, flexible to operate, has clear images, and is reliable in quality, especially its maintenance-free feature, which is highly praised by users. When checking if the inspection camera has image output, check if the video cable and video head are reliably connected.
When the function keys of the high-temperature industrial television operator fail, first check if the operator indicator light is normal; then check if the relay used for control is normal, and check if the control cable is incorrectly connected. When the monitor displays no image, first check if the system power supply, controller power supply, and camera power supply are normal; then check if the monitor is in the "AV" state; the monitor should be set to the "AV" state. When the automatic exit device fails to work properly, it must be noted that the system must be manually exited from the furnace wall. After cutting off the system power supply, check the power supply according to the above steps. Do not push the system into the furnace wall for operation before all troubleshooting is complete. When the monitor image is unclear or the image becomes smaller, this may be due to furnace dust or tar contaminating the lens of the objective lens. In this case, the protective cover should first be removed from the furnace, the power supply should be cut off, the protective cover should be opened, the camera should be removed, the lens should be inspected, and the lens should be wiped with lens paper. When the monitoring image is distorted, first check the grounding of the equipment to rule out repeated grounding or poor grounding; then check whether the line direction and the distance between the power supply and the strong electricity meet the electrical specifications; then check whether the power supply system shares the same power supply with strong magnetic field equipment. If so, an isolation transformer can be added to supply power to the system separately.
