How to choose a high-temperature industrial television?
Summary: High-temperature industrial television systems used to monitor industrial production processes and their environments mainly consist of cameras, transmission channels, controllers, and monitors. Used for real-time monitoring of power generation processes (such as boiler drum water level monitoring and combustion chamber flame monitoring), safety, and fire protection. When purchasing high-temperature industrial television, different models should be selected according to different production environments. The following three points are the main reference factors:

Used for real-time monitoring of power generation processes (such as boiler drum water level monitoring and combustion chamber flame monitoring), safety, and fire protection. When purchasing a high-temperature industrial television, different models should be selected according to different production environments. The following three points are the main reference factors:
1. According to the furnace wall thickness: The lens length should be 10mm larger than the furnace wall thickness.
2. According to the furnace wall temperature: Overheating of the furnace wall will damage the lens and equipment. When the endoscope kiln is used for oil, coal, and gas furnaces, only compressed air, not water, should be used. The camera lens can be directly inserted into the furnace (below 300℃-1500℃) to continuously and real-time monitor the heating, annealing, garbage incineration, and coal slag combustion flame morphology inside the furnace, and promptly discover abnormal phenomena inside the furnace to effectively prevent accidents.
3. According to the production process requirements of high-temperature industrial television: The production process of each furnace type is different, so there are certain differences in selection. For example, the furnace temperature of a steel pipe plant is generally 1200℃, and the annealing furnace is 800℃, with a wall thickness of 350 mm. Two points need to be noted: First, check if the steel pipe has two inlet and outlet pipes, which will damage the furnace; second, observe whether the burner flame is normal. The temperature of the furnace in a glass factory is generally around 1600℃, and the furnace wall thickness is generally around 700 mm. Three points need to be noted: First, check if the bubbling is normal; second, check if the flame combustion is normal; third, check if the glass solution is accumulating. From the above data, it can be seen that different types of production processes are different. Steel pipe plants generally use direct air cooling, while glass plants generally use air cooling and water cooling due to high temperatures and harsh production environments.
Abnormal handling of high-temperature industrial television:
(1) When checking whether the camera has image output, check whether the video cable and video head are connected reliably.
(2) When the operator function key fails, first check whether the operator indicator light is normal; check whether the control relay is normal and whether the control cable is incorrectly connected.
(3) When there is no image display on the monitor, first check whether the system power supply, controller power supply, and camera power supply are normal; check whether the monitor is in the "AV" state again, and the monitor should be set to "AV".
(4) When the automatic exit device cannot work normally, it must be noted that the system must be manually exited from the furnace wall. After the system power is cut off, check the power supply in sequence according to the above procedure. Do not push the system into the furnace wall for operation before all faults are eliminated.
(5) When the monitor image is unclear or becomes smaller, this may be because a lens in the objective lens is contaminated by dust or tar in the furnace. In this case, you should first remove the protective cover from the furnace, cut off the power, open the protective cover, remove the camera, check the lens, and then wipe it with lens paper.
(6) When the monitoring image is distorted, first check the grounding of the equipment and eliminate repeated grounding or poor grounding; check whether the distance between the line direction and the dynamic high voltage meets the electrical specifications; check whether the power supply system shares with high magnetic field equipment, and add an isolation transformer to supply power to the system separately.
