Precautions for using high-temperature cameras:
1. High-temperature camera manufacturer introduces moisture-proof, corrosion-proof, and dust-proof: For various acquisition equipment of the monitoring system, due to the equipment being directly installed in a dusty and humid environment, it will have a direct impact on the equipment, and dust and moisture prevention maintenance needs to be done, such as the cameras in the workshop, the dustproof glass will soon be covered with a mixture of dust and carbonic acid, becoming dirty, black, and corrosive, which not only seriously affects the viewing effect, but also damages the equipment.
2. Lightning protection: Since the monitoring equipment was put into operation, the equipment has frequently been struck by lightning, causing great safety hazards to the normal operation of the monitoring equipment. Therefore, in the process of equipment maintenance, lightning protection measures must be taken. The main measures for lightning protection are to ground the equipment to a lightning protection network. For cameras located in areas prone to lightning, measures should be taken to isolate them from easily conductive objects.
3. Transmission line maintenance: Regularly check whether the transmission line interface is aging and affects the transmission of video signals. For lines with many interfaces, a complete transmission line can be replaced.
The main aspects of daily maintenance of high-temperature cameras mainly include troubleshooting in a short time when a sudden malfunction or lens blur occurs during operation. In terms of shutdown maintenance, the maintenance content includes cleaning the actuator track dust and applying grease, regularly draining the water from the compressed air air-water separator, regularly checking pipes and cable connections, and regularly checking and cleaning the camera.
