Steps for using a high-temperature endoscope

High-temperature endoscope Inspection is one of the visual inspection methods in non-destructive testing. It can directly reflect the condition of the inner and outer surfaces of an object without disassembling it, and it can also perform dynamic video recording or photography. By quantitatively analyzing and measuring data such as defect length and area, defects can be found. When using it, we need to pay attention to the methods and procedures to prevent damage to the high-temperature endoscope or the object being inspected.
1. A high-temperature endoscope is a precision instrument. If it is impacted, it may be damaged. Therefore, when taking the instrument out of the instrument box for operation, it needs to be carefully placed to avoid collisions. Do not drag the pipe on the ground to avoid damaging the probe or scratching the lens.
2. Before turning on the high-temperature endoscope, please pay attention to installing the battery according to the markings. Do not insert the battery incorrectly to avoid short circuits and burning out the internal circuit.
3. Insert the front end of the line into the device under test, operate the joystick to control the direction of the probe, and view the inside of the probe through the display screen. The brightness of the light source can be adjusted to obtain appropriate illumination, so that the image is clear.
4. If detecting oil, water, or a large amount of dust environment, after use, wipe the surface with a dust-free cloth to prevent penetration and damage to the lens.
5. Do not bend the movable joint of the pipe directly with your hands to avoid breaking the steel wire pulling rope inside the pipe.
6. Please try not to use the high-temperature endoscope in an environment with a temperature exceeding 70°. If it needs to be used in such an environment, the time should not exceed 5 minutes.
7. Long-term use of a high-temperature endoscope will cause stains on the lens, resulting in unclear images. Please wipe the stains on the surface of the lens with a dust-free cloth and reuse it.
