Advantages of high-temperature endoscopy
Summary: High-temperature endoscopes are mainly used for the inspection and assessment of damaged parts of high-temperature furnace linings in industries such as glass factories, glass fiber factories, steel plants, power plants, garbage incineration plants, metallurgy, thermal power plants, and petrochemicals, as well as real-time monitoring of high-temperature furnace repair work and inspection of repair effects. By monitoring the status of fuel, burners, and combustion flames, economical and efficient combustion can be ensured. According to actual needs, it can directly enter the furnace body at 1m and inspect the damaged parts of the 2000℃ furnace body, working continuously for more than 8 hours (similar to a gastroscope).

By monitoring the status of fuel, burners, and combustion flames, economically efficient combustion can be ensured. Based on actual needs, it can directly enter the furnace at 1m and inspect damaged parts of the furnace at 2000℃, working continuously for more than 8 hours (similar to a gastroscope).
Main Components:
The high-temperature endoscope is directly inserted into the furnace to take photos and capture videos of damaged parts inside the furnace. These can be stored on a computer or printed out for easy comparison and analysis of furnace conditions over time, accurately assessing the furnace condition. On-site, the furnace interior can also be observed directly through the eyepiece. The observation method is intuitive, with a viewing angle of approximately 15°~60°. The periscope can be quickly adjusted as needed. The high-temperature kiln periscope includes ① water cooling system, ② high-temperature lens, ③ lens switching, ④ SLR camera and eyepiece.
Advantages of High-Temperature Endoscope:
(1) The high-temperature kiln endoscope has a length of 1.5m, with three angles: direct view 0°, 60° bend, and 90° vertical. It can easily extend into the kiln to take photos and capture videos in the depths and corners of the kiln, unaffected by the flames and airflow inside the kiln.
(2) Better high-temperature furnace periscopes use an optical imaging system, allowing direct observation through the eyepiece or using a high-resolution SLR digital camera (generally 15 million pixels or more) for shooting or taking photos. The images are clear, the observation distance is far, the optical focal length can be adjusted according to the observation distance, and the aperture can be adjusted or filters added according to the brightness of the light to achieve ideal results.
