Furnace Flame Television Installation Requirements:
1. The observation hole position is selected according to the drawings, combined with process requirements, and the viewing angle is determined according to the lens parameters. When installing a high-temperature furnace flame television on-site, appropriate heat insulation work should be done. For cooling compressed air, a pure, water-free gas source should be used. After the pipeline is installed, debris inside the pipeline should be cleaned.
2. When installing the furnace flame television, avoid high-temperature, high-pressure, vibration, and corrosive substances. Securely fasten it, ensure the viewing angle and lighting, and avoid direct sunlight as much as possible. The laying of signal lines and power lines must avoid high temperatures. The shielding wire of the signal cable must be reliably connected in the control cabinet. When laying signal lines, joints are strictly prohibited.
3. Furnace flame television installation requirements: The installation of the pan-tilt unit must be flat and reliable. During debugging, the rotation angle of the pan-tilt unit should be adjusted reasonably according to the monitoring area. The material and size of the water tank for the high-temperature furnace flame television should meet the high-temperature requirements. The water source should be a fluid water source, and the water pipe diameter should be greater than 30mm.
4. When installing and debugging the furnace flame television, the temperature and pressure protection must be ensured to be normal. When installing the furnace flame television at a high place, appropriate maintenance platforms and ladders should be prepared to facilitate daily inspection and maintenance. The monitoring system has lightning protection facilities and is reliably grounded.

During transportation and installation, it should be handled as carefully as possible. The power supply of the entire system should remain stable. Good grounding is very important. The equipment operates normally and reliably.

Maintenance of Furnace Flame Television:
1. Regularly check on-site the mirror surface pressure and cooling water pressure of the explosion-proof high-temperature furnace flame television and other furnace flame television gas path control cabinets (mirror surface pressure 0.02MP~0.1MP, cooling water or cooling air pressure should be at least greater than 0.1MP). It is recommended to check on-site once a week.
2. Regularly clean the gas-oil-water separator of the gas path control cabinet on-site. After cleaning, it needs to be wiped and dried. The cleaning time depends on the quality of the gas source. It is recommended to clean it every two weeks or once a month.
3. Furnace flame television maintenance: Regularly clean the ash slag near the probe on-site, including the top of the kiln head probe fireproof cover, below the grate cooling probe, and inside and outside the electrical cabinet. It is recommended to clean it every two weeks or once a month.
4. Regularly check the interfaces of various pipelines and cables in the system to ensure the normal operation of the entire system. If the central control operator finds that the probe automatically exits, they should promptly notify the maintenance personnel to check whether the mirror surface wind, cooling water or cooling air, and temperature meet the requirements and handle them promptly.
5. If it is water-cooled, do not close the valve of the return water pipe in the system. The pressure of the return water pipe should be lower than the pressure of the inlet pipe. Otherwise, the cooling water will not flow and form stagnant water, which will not produce a cooling effect and will affect the normal use of the probe.
In short, the daily maintenance of furnace flame televisions, etc., mainly involves troubleshooting in a short time when a sudden fault or lens blur occurs during operation. In terms of shutdown maintenance, the maintenance content includes cleaning dust from the actuator track, applying lubricating grease, regularly draining accumulated water from the compressed air gas-water separator, regularly checking pipelines and cable interfaces, and regularly checking and cleaning the camera, etc.
